Welcome friends.  In the fall of 2008, family and friends decided it was time to commemorate our brother and friend Thomas Brull who passed away tragically a decade ago at the age of 23.  We started The Tommy Brull Foundation Inc. with the goal of gathering old and new friends and family to remember and celebrate Tommy’s life.

The Tommy Brull Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity.  Our mission is to raise money to benefit people and organizations dedicated to serving people with physical, mental, and emotional challenges in Nassau and Suffolk counties.  Tommy worked at Camp ANCHOR during his adolescent and young adult years.  We decided dedicating a foundation in his name to serve this population would be a nice way to honor his memory and keep his spirit alive.

Since its inception, the foundation has raised close to $60,000.  We have been dedicated to raising money for Camp ANCHOR’s building fund, and hope to have a part of the building to be dedicated in Tommy’s name. We have also raised money for multiple individuals and organizations in our community.  These include Jim Lasko, Kevin McDermott, Billy's Buddies, and The Young Autism Program. We hope that the money raised will help to improve these programs and the quality of life of the individuals.

We would like to thank everyone who donated to our Third Annual Fundraiser. With your help, we were successful in raising $33,000 in profit to benefit Jim Lasko, The Camp ANCHOR Building Fund, and the ASPIRE Center for Learning. We are looking forward to seeing you at future events!
